About

I am a practicing counseling psychologist with a Master's degree from St. Xavier's College and a Bachelor's degree from Lady Shri Ram College For Women. Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of working closely with over 120 clients, guiding them on their journey towards mental wellness.

My practice is deeply influenced by a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including Transactional Analysis, Existential Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with, ensuring that therapy is a personalized and effective experience. Passionate about destigmatizing mental health and contributing to the decolonization of psychotherapy, I place a strong emphasis on understanding the cultural contexts that shape my clients' experiences.

I work with adult clients (18-45) years of age and specialise in concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, grief, trauma, and self development. Creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered is at the core of my practice.
