I, Sophia Sharma am a counselling psychologist and educator working in the field of mental health for over 5 years. I have a vast experience of working across schools, hospitals, government agencies, NGOs as well as running a successful private practice. I am the founder of and lead counselling psychologist at Nestle and Nurture. Nestle and Nurture is an online mental health platform aimed at providing accessible and effective mental health care to individuals worldwide through the convenience and flexibility of virtual therapy.
