About

An internationally certified RE-CBT therapist who specializes in areas like depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image and personal growth. As a psychologist I work from a trauma informed and queer sensitive approach, focusing on navigating intense feelings and troubling thoughts. 

I mainly use evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT and ACT, tailoring them according to the unique needs and goals of every client. My aim is to not only work with surface level concerns, but also address in-depth areas to ensure a lasting positive change even after the therapy has ended. 

My approach is to collaborate with clients, provide insights about their concern and then equip them with skills that would take them closer to their goals. Above all, I ensure an empathetic and non-judgmental environment in the sessions.

Previously I have worked in various rehabs, NGOs and mental health clinics, supporting diverse clients i.e. from those with severe mental illnesses to the ones from the marginalized sections. My interest and passion for psychology also helped me qualify the UGC-NET exam.

Currently, I am collaborating with mental health platforms to make quality therapy accessible to indian as well as international clients.
