I look beneath the surface. My path into psychology was born from a deep belief in our capacity for resilience. Before founding Turtle Balance, I spent years practicing across diverse human landscapes—working with NGOs, hospitals, addiction centers, and senior homes, and facilitating creative workshops for differently abled children.
Having walked my own path of healing, I know firsthand what it takes to step out of survival mode. This lived experience serves as the quiet, empathetic anchor of my practice.
Today, I design deep, experiential spaces to help you safely unpack protective boundaries, map your authentic needs, and step into secure, empowered connections.
