About

I have pursued a MSc. Counselling Psychology from Montfort University, Bangalore and a ME.d Educational Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, New zealand.

As a Counselling Psychologist, I bring over 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and care givers who struggle to connect with themselves and others.

I've primarily worked with individuals experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, self-acceptance, self-esteem, relationship issues, and overall emotional health.

I take a non-pathalogical approach to understand how identities, culture, lived experiences, and environment contribute to one's concerns.

My experiences have taken place in a variety of settings, including mental health and wellness organizations, K-12 schools, and child development centres.
