About

Hi, I’m a counseling psychologist. I have completed my Masters in Applied Psychology and have been working for the past 3 years. And over this time, I have counseled more than 800 people. I usually help people going through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, gender and sexuality concerns as well as anger management. I like to work with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Being inclusive in my practice is very important to me so I’m also a Queer affirmative therapist. I specialize in cognitive and mindfulness-based therapy but practice an eclectic approach so I can give you personalized solutions according to your needs. All the methods are evidence-based and theoretically informed.

I fully understand that taking the first step towards seeking therapy is not as easy and requires a lot of courage. But I would also like to assure you that everything you share is confidential. Therapy isn’t just venting but it is about learning to cope with your difficulties, and as a therapist, I wouldn’t just be telling you what to do but rather offer you a non-judgemental safe space where you can explore and find your own answers. It is ultimately a collaborative process and I can guide you towards having more self-awareness and help you in finding your inner strength.
