People often come to therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from parts of themselves. My work is informed by depth psychology which means we may explore not only present challenges but also the deeper patterns, stories, and symbols that shape your life.

Alongside conversation, I sometimes use creative and experiential approaches, such as art-based reflection, parts-work, and dream exploration, to help clients access insights that may not always emerge through words alone.

I am also developing ways of integrating body awareness into therapy, recognising that emotions are often held and expressed through the body.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens within a safe and meaningful therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where clients can reflect, explore, and gradually move toward greater clarity and integration.
