I am associated with this field for the past 6 years.I have done my Bachelor's with Pschology Honours from Panjab University, Chandigarh and completed my Masters in Science Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Delhi NCR. My expierence and knowledge comes from both goverment and private organisations. My specialisation majorly lies with young adults and adults focusing on self-improvement,relationships,proffessional and career stress, anxiety and mood dysregulation issues.

Carl Jung once said "Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it is not balanced by sadness"
