About

I’m a Queer Affirmative, Trauma-Informed Psychologist dedicated to holding space for adults and families navigating diverse mental health challenges including stress, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and life transitions.

My work is grounded in an existential-humanistic approach, which honors each person’s capacity for growth, meaning-making, and self-awareness. I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief, but about exploring what it means to live authentically, especially in the face of uncertainty, identity shifts, or suffering.

I also support individuals recovering from cancer and their loved ones, and walk alongside elder clients as they navigate grief, isolation, and the evolving contours of their lives.

With deep compassion and cultural sensitivity, I strive to create inclusive, non-judgmental spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to lead more fulfilling lives.
