About

My practice involves expressive arts based therapy techniques—a multi-modal approach utilizing movement/dance, visual art (painting, drawing, etc), writing and music in a therapeutic context. This method is intended for all ages, both in clinical applications such as with anxiety, depression, eating disorders etc. as well more generally for those coping with life stress, interpersonal concerns, and chronic health issues. My education and work experience has informed my use of a multi-dimensional treatment path that promotes emotional, mental as well as physical health to enhance a sense of wellbeing and quality of life. After having the honour of living and working in five countries, I have developed an appreciation for working with diverse, multi-cultural communities.
I am passionate about the creative process and look forward to working with clients to reach their therapeutic goals through artistic expression.
