Welcome to Therapy with Pallavi!
 
Thank you for your interest in seeking therapy consultation with me. 
 
I am Pallavi Roy (She/ Her). I am a practicing counseling psychologist and psychotherapist (M.Sc, gold medalist) with over 5 years of experience in providing therapy sessions. I employ an integrative therapeutic approach in my work. 
My therapy work is trauma informed, queer affirmative and rooted in inclusivity & intersectionality.
 
My areas of experience include working with anxiety, trauma, grief, depression & mood related difficulties, relationship concerns, personality difficulties, self-esteem issues & personal development, adjustment and transition related concerns, age related mental health concerns, dementia and caregiver stress. 
I primarily work with adults and older adults (18 to 85) via online modes of communication.
