Providing primary consultations to the Psychiatric patients of all ages in the OPD and admitted psychiatric patients in the Psychiatry Ward (30 inpatients unit) and other combined Medical & Psychiatry ward as well as various other Departments of the associated General Hospital in collaboration with other staff. Also managed Psychiatric patients in the Emergency .
Leading combined clinical rounds and various case discussions in the department.
Conducting lectures in Psychiatry for Medical students. Supervising clinical work of Junior Resident Doctors posted in the department on a rotation basis.
Supervising clinical diagnostic and psycho-therapeutic work of other clinicians posted in the department.
Conducting special clinics like Child Guidance and a Psycho-Sexual Disorder Clinic on a regular basis.
