Therapy is a process designed to help you address your concerns in a safe space. These may be emotional or behavioural problems, areas of dissatisfaction in your life or goals that you aspire towards. As your counsellor, I will actively ensure a confidential and safe space free of any judgments or criticism for you to discuss and work through these issues.
