Aashna Sadana (she/her) holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She works with adolescents and young adults and has experience with supporting clients through a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, procrastination, relationship issues and self-growth. Following the principles of person-centered therapy, she focuses on creating a judgement free safe space for the client which allows for in-depth exploration of their concerns and insight building. To cater to unique needs of clients she uses an eclectic approach. She views the therapeutic process as a journey in which the client is the driver while the therapist is a co-passenger who assists in exploring different directions.
