About

I practice as a counselling psychologist. I work with areas of stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, time management, existential concerns.

I have completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore.
I am certified with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) (Level 1 & 2). I’ve also completed Post-Graduate Diploma in Psycho-Social Well-Being Using Multi-Arts and Play and 10-day training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

My experience includes providing one on one counselling and conducting workshops with various age groups like children, teenagers and middle aged and older adults in various settings of corporates, schools, families, etc for more than 2 years.

I work using an integrated and eclectic approach with focus areas being mind-body work, Cognitive Behaviour Theory (CBT) and mindfulness.
