Syeda Arifa Tasneem is a Consultant Psychologist/ Integrative Psychotherapist who is also a Hypnotherapist practicing at Apollo Spectra, Koramangala, Bangalore. Been trained by India's leading Mind health practitioner, Dr. Shyam Bhat, she has imbibed from him the techniques of Integral-Self Therapy and Mindfulness as well.

She was also recently recognised on World Health Day, conducted by SCARF in Chennai, for her efforts in successfully helping a cine-celebrity to come out of depression and in leading her to a more fruitful life.

In the course of her extensive career, she has dealt with a wide range of Psychological issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, Bipolar disorder and personality disorders such as; Borderline Personality disorder, Schizo-affective Personality disorder, and others. She has dealt with insomnia, relationship issues, anger management, behaviour problems and many such disorders in which people need to be assisted by a Psychotherapist in order to acquire healthy coping mechanisms and reach their highest potential self.
