I have recieved training in psychological counseling and hold psychotherapy level in pranic healing. I have experience in fields such as school, rehabilitation centres, NGOs, special school etc and founded this private practice in Gurugram, India.

I believe in elective approach towards counseling and  practice the same in my sessions with the clients which in general includes, CBT, REBT, DBT and solution focused therapy.
