About
I am a psychologist based in Delhi, and I care deeply about helping people build lives that feel meaningful and true to who they are.
I grew up in several cities across India and moved to USA for a PhD at Palo Alto University and advanced training in Psychology at Brown University. Over the past 7 yrs, I have worked with 250+ clients in hospitals, clinics, and community settings.
Working across these organisations, I wanted to set up a space where people can slow down, make room for what is hard, truly “see” themselves, and reconnect with what matters to them, at a pace that feels sustainable and compassionate. In 2026, I set up my online private practice to create that space.
I provide online individual therapy sessions and work with adults (18+) navigating overthinking and anxiety, depression, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, life transitions, burnout, and those feeling stuck/a lack of purpose in life. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Compassion-focused approaches, I hope to walk alongside you to help you meet yourself and the life around you with compassion.
