About
I’m a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with a background in community mental health, working with teenagers and adults. I support clients navigating concerns around relationships, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, life transitions, gender identity, and sexuality. As a queer-affirmative therapist, I aim to create a space where clients can explore their identities and experiences openly and without judgment.
My approach is eclectic and primarily person-centred and client-led, drawing majorly from existential therapy, mindfulness, and CBT. I adapt the therapeutic process to each individual’s needs, experiences, and goals. I see therapy as a collaborative space to develop greater self-understanding, build awareness, and explore ways of navigating life that feel more authentic and meaningful.
