About

I am a psychotherapist working from a psychodynamic-relational and group analytic perspective, with experience in long-term therapeutic work with primarily adults both individually and in group settings.

My work is grounded in the belief that emotional difficulties do not emerge in isolation, but are shaped through our relationships, histories, social environments, and internal conflicts. Which is why therapeautic relationships have the power to heal and process wounds from long ago.
In therapy, I aim to create a space that feels reflective, collaborative, emotionally safe, and non-judgmental — where complexity, uncertainty, and contradiction can be explored without pressure to immediately “fix” or simplify experience.

I completed an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Ambedkar University Delhi, specialising in Psycho-social Clinical Studies, and have been in full-time therapeutic practice for several years I have completed 6500+ hours of individual and group psychotherapy practice with adults across relational, emotional, and personality difficulties. I am also undergoing training in Group Analysis through the, which continues to deepen my understanding of relational processes, group dynamics, social context, and the ways individuals are shaped within broader interpersonal and cultural networks.

As an individual psychotherapist, I am trained to provide a safe, confidential,  non-judgmental and compassionate environment to identify and explore alternatives to unconscious patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviour, that might be limiting clients lives in some way.

As a group analyst, I find that group therapy is a form of psychotherapy based on the idea that our individual difficulties occur within the context of our relationship with others and society as a whole. In collectivistic cultures like our own the group setting reflects our daily experiences more realistically than in an individual setting and provides a great space for one to practice their therapy goals with others. This experience enables you to think about what you would like to achieve in group settings and what stands in the way for you in different groups such as family, work, freindships etc.
