About
I work at the intersection of psychology, the body, and the subconscious — because in my experience, you cannot address one without addressing the others.
My background spans a decades of working with people in corporate environments, a BSc in Psychology, a Masters in Occupational Psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, fitness and movement coaching, breathwork, yoga, pilates, and nutrition. I bring all of it into how I work — not as separate tools but as one integrated approach.
I work with people who are exhausted, stuck, or disconnected — from themselves, their bodies, or the life they actually want. My approach moves through four stages depending on where you are: stabilising the nervous system and body first, understanding the patterns and psychology underneath, rebuilding with practical tools, and for those who are ready — creating a life with intention.
Hypnotherapy is one of the tools I use — and a particularly powerful one, because it accesses what talking alone rarely reaches. The subconscious beliefs, early patterns, and stored experiences that keep people stuck long after they understand why.
