I am an M.Phil, RCI-recognized Clinical Psychologist with a Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy and over seven years of experience in supporting individuals across diverse emotional and psychological concerns. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to individual needs, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, family therapy, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care. I view therapy as a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
