About
I offer psychotherapeutic sessions for individuals who may be going through a difficult phase or are seeking personal growth and self-understanding. My work follows an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic perspectives, among others, and is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
My practice is anti-caste, trauma-informed, and affirming of queer and neurodivergent experiences. I aim to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
