About

I am an integrative therapist working primarily through a CBT and humanistic lens, while being deeply grounded in a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation. I view therapy as a space for validation, exploration, and gradual empowerment, where clients are supported to work within their emotional capacity rather than being pushed into insight prematurely. My work combines cognitive understanding (thought–emotion–behavior links) with body awareness, helping clients build both insight and regulation. I adopt a gentle, structured flow in sessions, ensuring grounding and containment before and after deeper exploration. Alongside this, I integrate narrative techniques to help clients reframe and externalize their experiences, and art-based methods when verbal expression feels limiting. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem issues, interpersonal challenges, burnout, overthinking, and life transitions.
