I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and recurring patterns that can leave them feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet find themselves repeating the same emotional or relational dynamics despite understanding them intellectually.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from relational and narrative perspectives. I see therapy as a collaborative space to slow down, make sense of long-standing patterns, and build a more compassionate and connected relationship with oneself and others.

I tend to work best with clients who are open to reflective, exploratory, longer-term work rather than immediate symptom-focused solutions.

Sessions are conducted online.
