I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and nearly four years of experience providing psychological counselling and emotional support to adults in a healthcare setting.

My areas of interest include anxiety and stress management, relationship and couple concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem and emotional difficulties, and the psychological aspects of fertility and reproductive health.

Through my experience in fertility care, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating the emotional challenges associated with infertility, treatment decisions, uncertainty, relationship stress and major life transitions.

My counselling approach is collaborative, empathetic and tailored to the individual's concerns, with an emphasis on developing insight, coping skills, emotional awareness and healthier patterns of relating.

I currently offer online counselling sessions for adults.
