My Approach

My approach into therapy is rooted in the belief that every client comes up to therapy with a pre-existing wisdom around their life journeys my role as therapist is to hold this wisdom within their parts and collaboratively reflect to deepen this wisdom to understand what feels more present to them within the therapy space. It is supported by an internal family systems approach and art therapy modality borrowed ideas from music and somatic framework.

About me

I am Bharti a counselling psychologist, art therapist and internal family systems approach practitioner by heart. My own journey of self-reflection is deeply rooted in the process of becoming the practitioner that I am today and from here comes the idea of “AtmaDarpan” where this therapy space is intentionally evolving to hold your inner reflections. I am fondly in love with colours, poetry and you will see bits and parts of it reflecting into our therapy space
