About

I am a psychologist working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and challenges in emotional regulation.

I follow an empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach, integrating DBT-informed and trauma-informed techniques to support clients in understanding their emotional patterns and developing healthier coping strategies.

My work involves providing online therapy sessions (chat, audio, and video), establishing strong therapeutic rapport, conducting psychological assessments, and collaboratively setting and working toward client goals. I aim to create a safe, culturally sensitive, and structured therapeutic environment that supports emotional growth and psychological well-being.

I have a particular interest in emotional dysregulation, interpersonal relationship issues, and women’s mental health within the Indian socio-cultural context.
