About
I work with young adults and professionals dealing with anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship patterns, burnout, and questions of identity and direction. My training spans CBT, ACT, DBT, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, and in practice I draw on whichever is most relevant to the person in front of me rather than working from a fixed model.
Sessions are conversational and honest. I place a lot of value on helping people think clearly about what they're experiencing and what they want to be different. Much of this work involves building a sense of confidence and forward momentum, something that, in my experience, comes naturally when people feel genuinely understood rather than evaluated.
