Dr. Harshitha Krishnaveti is a Counselling Psychologist, Trainer, and Founder of Manomantra – Psychological Services Institute. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Osmania University and is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Psychological Counselling from Bangalore University.With 10+ years of experience across therapy, teaching, training, and research, she has worked with hospitals, corporates, educational institutions, and NGOs. Her work spans individual therapy, mental health workshops, psychology courses and research.
Harshitha is a certified trauma-informed coach, POSH trainer, and a career analyst. She brings a rich blend of scientific and psychological training, along with experiential methods, to her sessions.
She supports adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, etc. Her therapeutic style is eclectic and tailored, combining Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic approaches to create a safe and collaborative space for growth.
