I specialize in imparting psychotherapy for various psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Personality Disorders. My other area of expertise is in psychological testing with children and adolescents as well as management of their emotional and behaviour problems including gaming addiction and screen addiction. I have completed my Masters in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology from University of Delhi and M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS). I see a wide range of clients- including children and families, college students and adults. Experience in treating a wide range of Child and adolescent mental health issues, parental counselling, Anger Management, Relationship and Marital Counselling, Stress Management, issues relating to procrastination, overthinking, poor self-esteem, past histories of trauma as well as past and current histories of eating disorders and obesity. I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, techniques of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness based interventions, and Single Session Therapy.
