About

I completed M.A. in Psychology from University of Delhi, and went on to pursue M.Phil. in
Clinical Psychology from Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi. With 10+ years of experience in this field, I
specialize in working with children, adults and elderly with variety of conditions such as
behavioral issues, mood disorders, anxiety-related disorders, psychosomatic conditions and
neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation in case of – trauma or injury to the brain,
dementias, pain disorders. I firmly believe that the work of a mental health professional is not just
treating the mind when it is unwell, but also in promoting positive states of happiness and well-
being - goals which go on to mould my special interest in mindfulness-based therapies and
practices, meditation, spirituality and positive psychology. I am also a trained hypnotherapist and
have years of training and expertise in meditative and healing practices.

When not engaged professionally, I love to travel, paint, read, spend time with animals and
children, and simply exist in buoyancy that is life.
