About
I'm a counseling psychologist that works with adults going through major life transitions like marriage, career changes, immigration, fertility-related decisions, and burnout. Each individual is different and requires a personalized approach to mental well-being. I largely draw from behavioral therapies, somatic therapy, and narrative therapy in my work but these are just tools. My work is trauma-informed and humanistic in nature - which means that you as a person comes first.
