About
As a Clinical Psychologist, I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and psychological concerns rooted in childhood experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I place a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, ensuring that therapy is conducted in a safe, compassionate, and collaborative manner.
I work with adolescents and adults to help them understand and process emotional wounds, develop effective emotion regulation and coping skills, and build greater self-awareness and resilience. My goal is to support clients in creating meaningful inner change, improving psychological well-being, and fostering a more balanced and fulfilling life.
