About

I'm a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and Certified PCI Parent Coach in private practice, based in Bengaluru and working with clients locally and internationally. I specialize in supporting children (ages 3–17) and parents through emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges—especially during transitions, developmental shifts, or when stress builds up at home or school.

My work is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. I use a developmentally appropriate, play-based approach to help children make sense of their inner world and experiences—especially when words aren’t enough. I also coach parents who are trying to stay connected and compassionate in the midst of everyday chaos, emotional overwhelm, or difficult behaviors.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years navigating my own mental health journey, and I bring that lived understanding into my work with families. I know how important it is to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment—especially during the messy, uncertain, or painful seasons of life.

Through 1:1 sessions, parent coaching, and child therapy, I offer safe and structured spaces where growth, repair, and regulation can happen. I also run workshops, give talks, and write on topics like emotional resilience, conscious parenting, and the nervous system’s role in family dynamics.

I work best with families who value emotional awareness, are open to learning, and are ready to explore their own patterns with curiosity and compassion. My clients are often thoughtful, and invested in raising emotionally healthy children—but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure in certain moments. I help them move from reactivity to regulation, from guilt to grace, and from disconnection to deeper connection.

If you're a parent, educator, or fellow therapist passionate about child and family mental health, I’d love to connect.
