I have been practising in the field of counselling for the past 5 years and my strengths are helping adolescents and young adults. 

Pre- marital counselling and marriage counselling is also what I take a keen interest in. i am passionate about helping those who need counseling and guidance and am a purpose driven and solution focused therapist. 

I take the person centered approach and use mainly CBT and SFBT in sessions. 

I look to help people handle their life situations better, inculcate a more positive and consistent thought pattern and life habits (especially in regards to self care), develope their personality and a stronger self, through the challenges that life brings their way!
