About
I am a Counseling Psycholgist working in the mental health field since 2015. I am trained in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy(REBT) from Institute for Psychological Health(IPH--Thane-Pune) and IN VIVO - Mumbai Center of REBT. I am also trained in Career Counseling and Life Skills Training from Prafulta Psychological Services. And last but not the least I am trained in School counseling from EduPsyche, Sion. Basic training of Drawing interpretation and Reiki was also part of my education. Currently I am working in Disha Counseling Center situated in Dadar and take personal counseling sessions from Goregaon as well.
