About
Nishigandha Date is a psychologist, transformational coach, and founder of Bodh Mind & Body. With over a decade of experience in mental health and wellbeing, she helps adults navigate anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and mood concerns.
Her approach integrates CBT, the Gottman Method, and mindfulness, tailored to each individual’s unique journey. A passionate advocate for maternal mental health, Nishigandha draws from her own experiences as a mother to support new moms in overcoming postpartum challenges and reintegrating into the workforce with confidence.
She also partners with organizations to strengthen emotional intelligence, reduce stress, and build empathetic workplaces. At the heart of her work is a simple belief — healing happens when people feel safe to show up as they are and be met with compassion.
