I am a qualified Psychologist with 3 years of experience in individual, family, marriage, relationship, and career counseling. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy from IGNOU, along with an M.A. and B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology. My areas of specialization include psychological assessment, stress and emotional management, child and adolescent counseling, and career guidance.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, empathetic, and evidence-based, focusing on helping individuals develop coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and achieve personal growth. I also conduct workshops and create educational content to raise mental health awareness and provide practical guidance for life challenges.
