I am a Counselling Psychologist and Expressive Arts Therapist
I support you in understanding your emotions, managing distress, and creating meaningful change in your personal and professional lives by helping you make sense of overwhelm, find balance, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is eclectic and rooted in psychological insight, empathy, and practical tools that fit your life. I work with a social justice lens acknowledging how our personal experiences are shaped by larger social, cultural, and systemic factors.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and work through challenges at your own pace.
Expressive Arts Therapy:
We may incorporate expressive arts therapy along with talk depending upon your comfort and inclination (creative writing, imagery, digital tools, visual art, music, movement, clay, sandplay, crochet and so on). Art is used as medium of expression. You do not have to be "good" at it or an artist to be in the process :)
