Hello! I am a Trauma- Informed and Queer Affirmative Psychotherapist. I’ve worked with individuals from diverse walks of life, helping them navigate a wide range of concerns including: Academic and career-related stress, Emotional distress such as grief and burnout, Mild to moderate psychiatric disorders, Relationship challenges including family, intimate, marital, parent-child, and peer dynamics, Experiences of violence, Self-image and body-related concerns, Economic crises and financial stress, and Work-life balance difficulties. 

I aim to create a therapeutic space that is safe, affirming, and respectful, where the aspects of who you are, are acknowledged and thoughtfully integrated into the work we do together. 

At the heart of it, I believe therapy is a space where you don’t have to pretend. You get to show up exactly as you are, and we figure things out from there, together.
