About

I am a certified counsellor and registered mental health professional, holding a diploma in Clinical Psychology with additional certifications in child counselling, marriage and relationship therapy, and parenting support. My clinical training and practice focus on providing ethical, evidence-based psychological support across various age groups and relational dynamics.

With a client-centered and integrative approach, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families to address emotional distress, behavioural challenges, communication barriers, and relational conflicts. I am committed to creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to heal and grow.

I offer both in-person and online consultations, ensuring flexible and accessible care tailored to individual needs. I adhere to professional standards and best practices, guided by compassion, cultural sensitivity, and clinical integrity.

  • “I believe emotional wellness is a journey—not a destination. Every emotion matters, and every story deserves to be heard.”

  • “Registered with MHI, I follow ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in every session.”
