I'm Aditi Balasubramanian, a Counselling Psychologist holding a Distinction in an MSC in Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University of London, and a First-Class Honours in a BA in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, India.
About my Therapeutic Approach: I strive to empower individuals to bring out the best in themselves, creating a space for my clients to feel heard and accepted, and facilitate change and growth. I take an eclectic approach to therapy integrating evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Comittment, Dialectical Behavioural, Cognitive Behavioural, and MBSR.
