Hello! I am a counselling psychologist who has graduated with a Master's degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice) from TISS Mumbai. I firmly believe that people are experts of their lives and possess values and abilities that help them heal. To me, therapy is a collaborative process wherein the psychologist provides a safe space for the client and empowers them to improve their functioning. I use strategies from various modalities like Cognitive behavioural therapy, Narrative therapy and Person Centered Therapy. Currently, I only take online sessions
