Clinical Psychologist

Vipasha has done her master’s in clinical psychology. She worked in collaboration with different hospitals over time and finally found her calling in counselling. She primarily uses eclectic approach, focusing on personal, emotional, and behavioural issues. The basic crux of counselling comes from understanding; not just of what the person is saying but helping them find where did it come from. It helps them find a device in themselves that helps them in navigating through life, in a better way.
She also believes in helping people understand that in this world of constant validation, it is alright to stand out like a sore thumb. Counselling helps in creating a better understanding of ourselves, which in turn helps in unlocking the resources within us and unleashing the potential within. It is a step to accept and improvise for our own physical and mental well – being.
Also, she has first-hand experience in working with special children and worked with reputed psychiatrists. She is a voracious reader, and loves to find creative ways to help people. “I get immense pleasure by seeing happy faces”. She believes, ‘every one of us have an infinite treasure of resources, if we only knew the modus operandi.”
