About

Ms. Sapna Bulchandani has done her MSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology and has specialized in Family and Marriage counselling. She is also specialised as a Cognitive-Behavioural therapist from MindMatters in Bangalore.

In 2015, she established her own counselling centre in Visakhapatnam and named it, 'Reflections~ A Psychological Mirror to the Self!'.

She has an extensive experience in psychotherapy and counselling by employing an integrative approach using elements from cognitive-behavioral, client-entered and other therapies to effectively meet each individual's needs.

Her approach is aimed at fostering personal growth, mobilizing personal strengths and enhancing positive experiences. She also believe that psychological growth and emotional well-being are fostered by a better understanding of how one's thoughts affect one's feelings about oneself and how those feelings are manifested in our interactions with the world.
