I expertise in individual counselling sessions for for people from various age group varying from children, teens and adults. My focus area is counselling and psycho therapy-CBT, client- centered therapy, and cover issues like anger, anxiety, depression, fear, relationship and committment problems, phobias, family and couple issues and so forth.  My major goals are to provide postive outlook and perspective to individuals with psychological and non psychological challenges. 

Also conduct relaxation therapies and counselling therapies for people of all age groups.
