Dr. Neha Nakra is a RCI registered Psychologist and bespoke Psychometrician. A doctorate and M.Phil in psychology, she has studied and worked in India and abroad (United Kingdom and USA) with experiences in areas of counseling, psychotherapies, trainings, workshops and psychometric and psycho-educational assessments. She is also a registered counselor with National Career Services, Ministry of Labour & Employment, India.

 With adults and employees, Dr. Neha works on gender sensitivity, diversity & inclusion, office etiquettes, email etiquettes, work life balance, positive attitude, planning & time management, mindfulness, communication skills, soft skills, behavioral issues & adaptation, anxiety, stress & emotional problems, career path & interest etc. She has been delivering workshops, conducting counseling for employees (onsite and offsite) and assessments in companies like Baush, Maruti, Accenture, Aon Hewitt, CMS Computers, Ginesys, Fiserv, Yamaha, Honda, Barclays, Synopsys, Concentrix, Deloitte, WSP, Bennett University, Adobe, Samsung, Global Analytics, IBM, CISF and ITBP etc. She is a trainer of POSH Act and POCSO and advisor on ICC as external member.

 As CBSE Resource Person, Dr. Neha has conducted workshops for Principals and teachers on Inclusive education, Capacity Building Program on Stress management, Gender Sensitivity, Career Guidance and other topics in schools like DPS RKP, DPSM, Balwant Rai Mehta, Broadways International, Sun Valley International School,  etc. As RCI CRE Resource person, she has conducted trainings and workshops for practioners, professionals and students. With children and adolescents, Dr. Neha works on behavioral issues and adaptation, academic performance, exam stress and learning problems; anxiety and emotional problems, career counselling, personality development, constructive parenting, growing up and puberty. For many years she has been providing her support to differently abled children. She also bridges the gaps and works closely with child, school, parents and CBSE.

 Certified Life skill trainer by Expressions India (partner WHO), she has conducted life skills training with employees and students. She has developed and conducted workshops on Self-motivation and positive attitude, stress management, depression let’s talk, anger management, work life balance, effective communication, Mindfulness, Workplace Bullying and Sexual Harassment, effective parenting, child growth and development, awareness on LD, ADHD, and ADD, Good touch bad touch, Puberty, etc. She is an active tGelf and MyKensho facilitator and conducted modules with teachers and children

 As Psychometrician, Dr. Neha has also worked closely in development, standardization and adaption of many Psychometric tools. A certified Psychometrician from Universities from UK and USA; she was an Examiner with Pearson India for adaptation of psychometric tools. She conducts aptitude, intelligence, psycho-social behavior, personality and projective tests, career interest and Psycho-educational assessments and diagnostics tests. She is also conducting Psychometric assessments for CBSE schools as per the CBSE security guidelines. She is part of the recruitment and appraisal of employees and conducts Psychometric assessments and PI.

 She has appeared in talk shows, Facebook live chat shows with Speaking Tree, The Quint, Pariksha pe charcha, Radio shows etc. She has been awarded by ITBP & Kalyanam Karoti for her contribution in counseling and workshops. During her practicing years, she has seen people pass through the stages of pain to stages of comfort. It’s their constant belief to fight their pain and achieve happiness which encourages her to keep going.
