About

I have been into counselling individuals in order to help them deal with relationship issues, stress and anxiety. I believe in giving an active and non-judgemental "ear" to the individual who wants to vent out their feelings and thoughts and look for emotional support. I believe  in empowering the client to take control of their life and be responsible for their actions in a positive way. The key to working with my clients is a lot of patience and unconditional positive regard for the other person and a genuine willingness to be there for them during their difficult times
